Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this website and any service you purchase from Velo Agency.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (and, if applicable, the business you represent) and Velo Agency, operating as "Velo AI" ("Velo AI," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of veloagency.ai (the "Site") and to any service you order from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.
1. Who Can Use Our Services
Our services are designed for businesses and business representatives. By placing an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
2. Our Services
Velo AI designs and builds AI automation systems for businesses, including productized services (Landing Pages, AI-powered Videos, WhatsApp Bots, and Email Bots) and broader custom automation, integration, and agent-based work. Atlas, our multi-agent operating system, is currently offered on a waitlist basis and is not an active purchasable service unless stated otherwise on the Site.
Descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Site are for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee that a specific outcome, timeline, or business result will be achieved.
3. How Ordering Works
Reserving a service through the Site opens a conversation with us on WhatsApp (or by email, if you choose that option) rather than an automatic checkout. We'll confirm the scope of your order and send you a secure Stripe payment link. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed — messaging us or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, create a binding order.
4. Payments
Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not directly collect or store your card details. You're responsible for providing accurate billing information. Work generally begins once payment is received, unless we've agreed to a different arrangement in writing.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services involve custom, time-bound work, the following applies unless we've agreed otherwise in writing for a specific project:
- If you cancel before work has started, you're entitled to a full refund.
- If you cancel after work has started, you're responsible for the value of work already completed; any remaining balance is refunded.
- Once a project is delivered and approved, it's considered complete and is not refundable.
We'll always try to resolve concerns about scope or quality directly before treating a request as a cancellation — reach out to info@veloagency.ai if something isn't working for you.
6. Timelines
Any delivery estimate we give is our best-faith projection, not a guarantee. Timelines depend on factors outside our sole control, including how quickly you provide feedback, access, content, and approvals. We'll communicate proactively if something affects an agreed timeline.
7. Your Responsibilities
To deliver your project, we typically need timely access, content, brand assets, and feedback from you. Delays on your end may affect delivery timelines. You're responsible for making sure any content, data, or third-party accounts you give us access to are lawfully yours to share and use.
8. Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables built specifically for you (for example, your landing page copy and design, or your configured bot flows). We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, and methodology, and may reuse them — without your confidential or proprietary information — in future work for other clients. Unless you tell us in writing that you'd prefer otherwise, we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Many of our services rely on third-party platforms — including WhatsApp Business, Meta, Stripe, and various AI model providers. We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by those third parties, though we'll work with you to adapt where we reasonably can.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful — including spam, harassment, or automations designed to mislead or exploit people. We may decline or discontinue work that we reasonably believe violates this section.
11. Confidentiality
We'll treat information you share with us about your business as confidential, and use it only to deliver your project. Likewise, please treat any non-public information about our systems, pricing, or methodology as confidential.
12. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that any automation, bot, or system will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce specific business results, revenue, or growth. AI-powered systems can make mistakes; we build in reasonable safeguards and human oversight where appropriate, but you're responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in ways that materially affect your business or your customers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velo Agency's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
14. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
