Velo Agency, operating as "Velo AI" ("Velo AI," "we," "us," or "our"), provides AI automation and operational systems for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through veloagency.ai (the "Site") and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.

We are based in Florida, United States, and serve clients internationally, including in the United Kingdom and Latin America. If you are located outside the United States, please read the "International Visitors" section below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what we receive when you order a service, and limited technical data generated by your visit.

Information you provide

• Project inquiry form — full name, work email, company name, the service you're interested in, and any project details you share.
• WhatsApp reservations — when you message us to reserve a service, we receive your phone number, name (if provided), and the content of your messages, through WhatsApp's platform.
• Email correspondence — anything you send us directly by email.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code — Stripe handles that directly and provides us only with confirmation of payment, the amount, and limited billing details (such as name and email) needed to fulfill your order. Stripe's own privacy practices apply to the data you enter on their checkout page.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed — for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

Fonts

This Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and discuss a potential project
• To deliver, manage, and support the services you've purchased
• To process payments and send receipts or invoices
• To communicate with you about your order, including by WhatsApp or email
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
• To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Velo AI, and only to the extent needed for them to do their job:

• Formspree — processes and forwards submissions from our contact form.
• Stripe — processes payments for purchased services.
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, Inc. — the messaging platform used for service reservations and client communication.
• Our hosting provider — serves the Site and stores standard access logs.

We may also disclose information if required to by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Velo Agency, our clients, or others.

4. Cookies

The Site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Any cookies in use are strictly necessary for the Site to function (for example, remembering your navigation state within a single visit) and do not identify you personally.

5. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver services, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations — generally for the duration of our business relationship plus a limited period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see "Your Rights" below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
• Correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it

If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, these rights are provided under UK GDPR / EU GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may have similar rights under California privacy law. 7. International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and information we collect is generally processed and stored there. If you're contacting or purchasing from us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

8. Children's Privacy

Velo AI's services are intended for businesses and business representatives, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and rely on providers (Stripe, Formspree, our hosting provider) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
